"Mushroom salad with mayonnaise"

     500 g mushrooms
     juice of 1 lemon
     salt and pepper
     garlic to taste
     mayonnaise (add as much as you consider necessary)


Mushrooms wash them under running cold water. Put water to boil in a saucepan spacious. When water begins to boil put 1 teaspoon of salt, some pepper and lemon juice in a large. Cook mushrooms for about 15-20 minutes, taste and see when they are ready. Put them in a colander and leave them to drain and cool.

Serve as an appetizer, but it works very well and garnish various steaks.
