450 g flour
200 g yogurt
170 ml milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
A high saucepan with lid is put in heated oven and keep it there until the bread dough is ready.
In a large bowl sift flour with baking soda. Sprinkle salt and add milk mixed with yogurt. Knead sticky dough which is given a round shape. It crestează with a sharp knife.
Carefully remove the dish from the oven, place the dough inside, put the lid and place in oven for 45 minutes, then pulls back the lid and leaves 10 to 15 minutes to brown nicely.
Remove from the pot and allow to cool slightly, then serve.
